Cook pasta as directed on package. Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and garlic cook about 2 minutes until soft. Add next 3 ingredients cook 3 minutes or until hot. Transfer to blender, put lid on blender (be careful this is very hot), put towel over lid, puree mixture. Return to skillet, over medium heat add cream. Transfer drained pasta to skillet, add remaining ingredient, stir until pasta is coated.
